Looking for Sales Reps!!Wholesale InformationIf you are a business who is looking for wholesale information on our products please drop us a line or give us a call and we will get the information out to you. We require that you send us a copy of your Sales and Use Tax permit for our records and also that we have a signed certificate of resale in our files before we send out the order. You may copy, fill and send in with order the appropriate certificate off the site or we can send one with your wholesale forms. North Dakota Certificate of Resale or Out of State Certificate of Resale. Wholesale minimum orders are $75 which I am sure you will find is very reasonable. Wholesale orders must be paid up-front. our Wholesale Terms and Conditions TERMS: Full payment is expected at time of ordering for all first-time orders. Subsequent orders may be placed with 50% down, balance due upon receipt. A 4% per month or 48% per annum finance charge will be added to past due balances. Returned checks will be charged a $40 overdraft fee. MINIMUM order of $75.00 WHOLESALE Customers: We require a copy of your signed resale license to be on file for all wholesale customers, or we will be required to charge sales tax. We also require a signed Certificate of Resale to be in our files at the time of your first order. You may either fax this info to us at 701-324-4557 or submit it with your first order. Freight: All orders are assessed a $5.00 handling fee which is used to pay for insurance, confirmation and signature confirmation. Customers pay actual shipping costs, due upon receipt. Most times we are able to ship your order in flat rate boxes which save you a great deal of money on shipping. Please remember that you are ordering handmade products. Allow 5 - 6 weeks for your order to arrive. We ask that if you need your product by a certain date to take the cure time into consideration and place orders in advance of time needed. Many times orders are filled sooner, if product is ready to be shipped. As is the nature of handmade items, colors and swirls may differ on subsequent orders. Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Custom, Private Label and Personalized items may not be returned. No returns will be accepted without pre authorization. Please call or e-mail for authorization. If you recieve a damaged item, please notify use within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify damage with the carrier. The damaged item will them be replaced or credit issued in the amount of the original price. We do not offer cash refunds. Payment information: You may pay for your orders with checks, money orders, Paypal or with credit cards. We accept Visa and Master Card via Paypal.
