Private Label/Customized Products

Prairie Fire Soapworks is proud you chose us for your custom products and private label needs. Whether you are a grocery chain, private business, bed and breakfast, lodge, spa, retail store or boutique we can help you find the right products for your needs. We offer a wide range of personal care products that can be personalized for your business.

Our products are created with only the finest ingredients. We use organic vegetable oils and butters as well was organic herbs and spices for coloring and Aromatherapy grade essential oils to create all the scents. All of our products are free of detergents, dyes, fragrance oils, animal fats and petroleum products.

After personalizing the product to your needs we can also create a private label with your business information to add another dimension to your advertising. We charge a one time set up fee of $100 for the first three products and $25 for each additional product there after. We then keep the labels on file to use each time you place additional orders. You supply the logo and business name and we will create your labels. After we set up your label we will send or fax for your approval.

When ordering custom soaps you must order them by the batch. A batch of soap consists of 100 bars which weigh 3 oz. to 3.5 oz. and measure 3"x2"x1" in size. Amenity bars are available in either 140 to 400 bar quantities which weigh 0.75 oz. to 1 oz. and measure 2"x1 1/2"x1/2" in size. We keep the batch size small so people can afford to order a few different scents if they like. Pricing on the soaps are done on a special rate of $2.50/full size bar and $1.25 per 140 amenity size bars or $1.00 per 400 amenity size bars.

Custom lotions or private label lotions are available in either 8 oz. malibu tubes or 2 oz. malibu tubes. We offer the lotion in either 25 or 50 bottle batches. Pricing on the 8 oz. tubes are 25 tubes for $4.50 each or 50 tubes for $4.25 each and the 2 oz. tubes at 25 tubes for $2.20 each or 50 tubes at $2.00 each.

Please keep in mind that if an order is placed for higher then the increments described above, the order will be moved to the next highest increment and you will be responsible for purchasing the amount made. All orders must be paid in full when order is placed.

Returned checks will be charged a $40 overdraft fee.
